Sunday Elite Skills Program 9:30-10:30am – Additional on-ice development following our regular Sunday Training Sessions

Program Dates – 12 Sessions (Sept-Dec):

• September 20, 27

• October 4, 18, 25
  No session October 11 due to Thanksgiving weekend

• November 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

• December 6 & 13

Sessions focus on speed with the puck, lateral movement, advanced stickhandling, passing, shooting, puck protection, and elevated hockey awareness. With a faster pace and more challenging drills, this class helps sharpen in-game skills and build confidence for real game situations.
