Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to withdraw from Piranhas Hockey Season 2025/2026 program. Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Refunds: Cancellations made prior to the start of the program (Before September 2025) are eligible for a refund minus the non-refundable portion ($1000) and minus the 5% administrative fee.
  2. Post-Program Start Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations after the program has started will be prorated based on the number of sessions completed. The non-refundable portion ($1000+hst) and minus 50% cancellation fee of the season dues will be deducted from the refund.
